National Billing Associates was started in the early 90’s as a way to help seniors maximize their medical benefits. The business very quickly transitioned to include a billing service for medical practices. After working as manager of NBA for 4 years, Robyn Roche and her partner Cindy Tate bought the company from the previous owner in early 2007.
Robyn’s background before joining NBA includes workman compensation claim processing, pharmaceutical reimbursement claims, and clinical trials administration. Cindy has a 10 year background in home health, patient tracking for clinical trials eligibility, and computer technologies. Working with them is an extensive staff base of HIPPA compliant, trained representatives to handle all of your office’s billing needs, including taking patient calls, filing secondary insurance claims, and quick follow-up on outstanding or denied claims.
